Wild Canvas Announces Its Foodie Line Up for 2024

Wild Canvas, the one-of-a-kind camping experience with a relaxed festival atmosphere has announced its foodie line up. The five-week pop-up, now in its fifth year, is nestled within the picturesque riverside meadows of the historic Turvey House Estate in Bedfordshire – just 1.45 hours from London. 

Running from Thurs 25th July to Tuesday 27th August, the event is the perfect location for camping and relaxation. Guests can escape the everyday and immerse themselves in food and drink, nature, music, creative arts and wellness. With a welcoming and relaxed ethos, the campsite is perfect for all ages.

  • The Riverfront Café, run by local chefs The Brothers Supper, will feature hot breakfasts, wood-fired pizzas, gourmet burgers, flatbreads, nachos and fresh wholesome salads. There will also be a weekly Hog Roast on Saturdays with all the fixings.
  • Wild HQ, the authentic courtyard bar will be serving local beers and ales, alongside signature cocktails. Guests can also enjoy freshly baked DE NADAS empanadas and award-winning local ice-cream from the Riverside Dairy.
  • Summertime Feast with Weber on Saturday 24th August. This is a one-off supper club for campers and non-campers – served in Wild Canvas’ new space, the Canvas Social.  Served family style in shared platters, the price for the three-course meal is £45pp. Menu includes:
  • Starter: Wood-fired focaccia with charred aubergine dip
  • Main: BBQ platter (reverse seared picana, chicken lollipops, smoked boerwors, served with chimichurri and burnt Peach BBQ sauce OR Hasselback butternut, turmeric yoghurt; smoked dukka, thyme roasted new potatoes, blistered cherry tomatoes and grilled courgette, puy lentils, mint and chilli
  • Dessert: Roast pineapple, sticky rum sponge & toasted coconut
  • Wild HQ, the authentic courtyard bar will be also be serving local beers and ales, alongside signature cocktails.
