Higgins Partnerships, in collaboration with A2Dominion, is proud to announce the successful completion of Hanwell Square, a vibrant mixed-use development in Hanwell, West London. This joint venture partnership has delivered a transformative project that enhances the local area, providing much-needed new homes, community amenities, and a sustainable living environment.

Hanwell Square comprises 360 high-quality new homes, offering a mixture of market sale and affordable housing, ensuring accessibility for a wide range of residents. Built to a high specification, the development emphasises sustainability, community living, and contemporary design, blending seamlessly with the character of the surrounding area.

In addition to its residential offering, Hanwell Square is centred around a stunning village square and landscaped courtyard, allowing apartments, shops and businesses to come together.

Declan Higgins, Chief Executive Officer of Higgins Group, commented: “The completion of Hanwell Square is a fantastic milestone for both Higgins Partnerships and A2Dominion. This project reflects our shared commitment to delivering high-quality, sustainable developments that enhance communities and provide opportunities for residents. Hanwell Square is a true example of the impact that strong partnerships can achieve.”

Chris Ives, Managing Director of Development and Regeneration at A2Dominion, said: “We’re delighted to complete this transformative project with our contractors Higgins Partnerships. The multi-use development delivers high-quality housing, commercial spaces and community areas for our residents to enjoy. Hanwell Square also offers a range of modern apartments to accommodate a variety of living styles, and provides affordable rent and shared ownership options to help people onto the housing ladder.”

The development provides a mix of studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, to accommodate a range of lifestyles. The three-block site designed by Assael Architects and delivered by Fourpoint Architects, features contemporary soft brickwork, which contrasts against the dark frames of the windows, balconies and shop frontages.

The attractive village square and landscaped courtyards are complemented by flexible space, ground floor retail shops, garden terraces, staffed concierge, a gym, roof top gardens and play areas for children.

The collaboration between Higgins Partnerships and A2Dominion exemplifies a commitment to creating vibrant, inclusive, and sustainable neighbourhoods. Hanwell Square is the latest achievement in a shared vision to provide exceptional homes and enhance the quality of life for residents.

The development’s prime location near Hanwell Station provides excellent transport links, including the Elizabeth Line (Crossrail), connecting residents to Central London and beyond.
