Orée Boulangeries Unveils 2024 Festive Menu

Orée Boulangeries is pleased to announce the launch of its 2024 Festive Menu, offering a true taste of Christmas with a tempting array of seasonal sandwiches, salads, breads, and pastries. Each item is handmade with the finest artisanal ingredients, sourced from across France, and baked fresh daily. With a perfect blend of tradition and French-inspired flair, Orée brings the spirit of the holidays to life in every bite.

The menu’s star is the Turkey & Pastrami Noël Sandwich, which packs all the best of Christmas dinner into one bite. Layers of turkey, pastrami, roasted carrots, parsnips, and vegetable stuffing are tucked into a soft challah bun, finished with spinach, cranberry mayo, and cranberry sauce. For a vegetarian option, the Brie & Cranberry Petit Pain combines Brie, Emmental, wild rocket, sweet onion chutney, and vegan cranberry mayo in a warm sourdough roll.

For lighter options, the Noël Roasted Vegetable Salad brings together roasted carrots, parsnips, sweet potatoes, and Brussels sprouts on a bed of lettuce, topped with dried cranberries and honey mustard vinaigrette. Alternatively, try the Orange & Goat’s Cheese Side Salad, a mix of lettuce, pomegranate, goat’s cheese, and orange slices with a honey mustard vinaigrette.

Freshly baked breads are also on the menu. The Walnut & Cranberry Bread, made with premium French flour, is filled with walnuts and dried cranberries—perfect for the season. Or indulge in the rich Chocolate Bread, with dark cocoa and chocolate chips, which is great toasted with butter or even paired with cheese.

On the sweeter side, Orée’s pastries bring festive favourites to life. The Mince Pie Danish features buttery croissant pastry filled with spiced mincemeat and a dusting of sugar. The Sticky Toffee Tree offers a Christmas tree-shaped twist on sticky toffee pudding, drizzled with butterscotch sauce. For dessert, try the Mini Berry Bûche with raspberry mousse and a zesty Kalamansi centre, or the Chocolate & Praline Bûche, layered with chocolate mousse and hazelnut praline. And for something fun, the Candy Cane Éclair is filled with vanilla cream and topped with festive decorations.

Available from 18 November at all Orée locations, these seasonal items are perfect for enjoying at home or as gifts for friends.
