Exclusive Collection is excited to announce that Tom Hamblet, the 2023 MasterChef: The Professionals champion, will be leading a series of exclusive cookery masterclasses at Season Cookery School at Lainston House, Winchester. The program will begin on Saturday 2nd November 2024, offering aspiring chefs and food enthusiasts of all levels an immersive experience under Hamblet’s expert guidance.

Following his celebrated tenure at The Avenue at Lainston House, Hamblet will now share his culinary expertise with guests looking to refine their cooking techniques. Participants will have the unique opportunity to learn from a MasterChef: The Professionals champion, as well as participate in a dedicated Q&A session, in the stunning setting of Lainston House, a charming 17th-century manor nestled in the Hampshire countryside.

Hamblet’s classes will focus on hands-on instruction, covering the techniques behind some of his signature plates. Attendees will learn how to prepare some standout dishes inspired from his time on MasterChef: The Professionals and his time at The Avenue.

Each class, from £300 per person, will offer guests the chance to learn new skills while exploring different flavour profiles. Guests will also leave with a Season apron and signed recipe pack, as a special memento of the day. Season Cookery School at Lainston House is renowned for its focus on seasonal and local ingredients, making it the ideal environment for learning how to elevate simple, fresh produce into exquisite dishes.
