Oakheart Property is proud to announce the appointment of Joseph Hall as its new Area Director of Lettings, marking a significant step forward in the company’s ambitious growth plans.

This appointment comes at a pivotal moment for Oakheart, following the company’s successful launch in Essex and its recent acquisition of a prominent lettings business in Suffolk. These strategic moves have rapidly expanded Oakheart’s footprint across the region, positioning the company as a leading force in the local property market.

With over two decades of experience in the property industry, Joseph brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to Oakheart. His career includes a distinguished tenure as Managing Director at a leading firm in the East of England, where he played a pivotal role in expanding and refining residential letting services across the region. In recent years, Joseph has worked as a leadership coach and consultant, advising estate agencies across the UK on strategic development, operational excellence, and customer experience.

A specialist in the property sector, Joseph has spent much of his career working closely with both private landlords and institutional investors. His understanding of market dynamics, compliance, and client service makes him ideally positioned to elevate Oakheart’s lettings division.

“I’m thrilled to be joining such a forward-thinking and dynamic team,” Joseph commented. “Oakheart has built a remarkable reputation for its bold and dynamic approach and community focus. I’m excited to leverage my experience to lead the next stage of growth for the lettings side of the business.”

Dan Mitchell, Co-Founder of Oakheart, added:

“We are excited to welcome Joseph to Oakheart. His track record speaks for itself — he brings unrivalled expertise, outstanding leadership, and a passion for delivering exceptional results for landlords and tenants alike. As our lettings division continues to grow, Joseph’s appointment marks another significant step in strengthening our position as the go-to property experts across Essex and Suffolk.”

This appointment underscores Oakheart’s commitment to investing in top-tier talent and continuing to set new standards in property service across Essex and Suffolk. With Joseph at the helm of the lettings division, the company is poised to strengthen its market presence, enhance its offering to landlords and tenants, and drive innovation in the sector. His proven track record, extensive industry knowledge, and passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences make him the ideal leader to propel Oakheart’s lettings department to new heights. This strategic move reinforces the company’s vision for growth, excellence, and long-term success.
