Family-run estate agency Emoov celebrates national expansion one year after rebrand

The independent family-owned estate agency has grown across major UK cities while maintaining its family-led, customer-first ethos.

One year after Griffin Property Co rebranded as Emoov, the online estate agency is celebrating its first anniversary and nationwide expansion, increased customer trust, and a reaffirmation of its core identity as a family-run business.

Founded by experienced estate agent Nick Neale, who brings 25 years of expertise in the property sector, Emoov has expanded steadily while remaining independent.

Unlike many competitors, the company has grown without outside investment, allowing it to maintain control over its customer-first approach.

“We’ve proven that you don’t need outside investors or call centres to build a successful nationwide business,” said Nick Neale, Founder of Emoov. “By keeping control within the family, we make every decision with our customers in mind.”

Over the past 12 months, Emoov has strengthened its position in the UK market with growth across major cities, including London, Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds, Liverpool, and Glasgow.

The expansion has enabled the business to serve a wider client base while continuing to focus on transparent pricing and personal service.

The company’s growth has also been supported by the involvement of Nick’s children, who each hold active roles within the business.

Jacob contributes to onboarding and marketing, Jessica oversees customer service, buyer verification, and issuing memorandums of sale, while Sophie manages property administration and sales progression. Their hands-on contributions reflect the company’s ethos of keeping customer support direct, local, and personal.

“This is a true family company with everyone involved,” added Nick. “Jacob, Jessica, and Sophie each play a vital role in ensuring our clients feel supported at every step. That family ethos is what sets Emoov apart.”

In addition to its service-led growth, Emoov continues to focus on affordability. Its transparent fee structure starts at £395 upfront for sales and £59.50 upfront for lettings, positioning it as an accessible alternative to traditional estate agents while maintaining a professional, nationwide reach.

The company continues to take a customer-centric approach by avoiding call centres and instead providing direct service through its dedicated in-house teams.

Looking ahead, Emoov has plans to expand its digital tools and enhance customer support while staying true to its independence.

Emoov remains a trading name of Griffin Residential Limited and continues to operate with a focus on sustainable growth, family involvement, and customer trust.
