How exactly does our search for the UK’s next big The Voice UK vocal talent work now that you’ve met our superstar coaches? Continue reading for more information about the blind auditions. During the blind auditions, coaches sit in chairs facing away from the stage so that they cannot see the artist performing. Avoid attempting this at home. Actually, that is incorrect; our Homecoach app allows you to test this out at home! In any case, if a coach is impressed by what they hear and wants them on their team, they press their red button, which causes their chair to rotate and allows them to see them. Everything is very exciting!
However, it becomes real if multiple coaches move The Voice UK their chairs. For combat, each coach throws down the gauntlet and raises their sword in the air until the contestant regains control and can select a coach.
Also, as we said, you can download our brand-new interactive app to see for yourself what it’s like to be a coach. You can play along with the show, choose your teams, and fight your way to the top of our leaderboard! We guarantee that it will be much simpler than attempting to rotate your sofas.

The Battles of Voice UK
Now that each coach has 12 team members The Voice UK from the blind auditions, the battles can begin! Here, the coaches sing a competitive duel between two of their own acts. After the performance, the coach must make a difficult choice about which artist to advance to the next stage. But that’s not all! The other coaches are given the opportunity to “steal” the losing artist for their team at this point.
Additionally, there is a brand-new twist this year, as each coach now receives two steals! Yes! Instead of just one singer, they’ll get two! However, the four coaches must select The Voice UK their singers carefully; therefore, if they missed out on a performer at the blind auditions, this is their chance to reclaim them. In addition, just like with the Blinds, the artist regains control over which team they will switch to if more than one coach presses the button. Each coach will now have a formidable eight-man team once they have secured their two steals.
The Knockouts
At the start of the series, each artist must choose a killer signature song to perform. We would choose Cotton Eye Joe because the song is great. From their new group of eight singers, the coaches The Voice UK must now select just three to advance to the live shows. Cotton Eye Joe must be chosen by one of them, right?
The live events of Voice UK
Live events! Omg! The artists compete against one another in three weekly live shows that air on BBC One, kicking off the competition’s final stage. The audience will have their first chance to vote and express their opinions here. In the end, only one singer will be chosen as The Voice UK champion and awarded a The Voice UK Universal Music recording contract. Similar to an actual election (with the exception of the recording contract!). Amazing, isn’t it? It is, yes!
